I have witnessed Morning Light come to life and Lexie's doula journey from the beginning. I can say, without a doubt that she is one of the most committed and trustworthy partners you could find for such an important chapter in your life. I have hired her myself to support my friends who are expecting to help them cultivate a calming and safe environment on their way to motherhood and beyond. I love how she combines traditional Doula services with some additional nervous system supporting services like sound baths. It is so crucial that we wrap our arms around mothers and help create environments for them to have healthy and safe pregnancy journeys. I know that Lexie is committed to doing that for families. If you are looking for a Doula that you can trust who will become like a best friend Morning Light is for you!

My husband and I had the most incredible experience with Lexie as a doula! I was on the fence about wanting a doula to begin with, but now after experiencing labor with Lexie by my side, I cannot overstate HOW grateful I was to have her. The prenatal visits were helpful in getting to know Lexie as well as getting educated on labor, breastfeeding, etc. It gave me a lot of peace of mind to know that I didn't have to keep all this information in my head and that she would be there to guide me. I ended up having a very long and tiring labor, and Lexie was invaluable during this time. She always made sure I was taken care of, one step ahead of me, from getting me water, ice, popsicles, etc. to making sure I was switching positions to supporting my husband, keeping my family updated, setting the ambiance in the room to be relaxing and calm. I felt so supported, and again, I could not have imagined being in that delivery room without her. She got me through it!! The postpartum visit was also extremely helpful to help process what I went through during such a delicate time.

Highly recommend Lexie to all mothers and expecting parents! She has such a natural talent for this space and her investment in her clients shows in her incredible work. My husband and I booked a consultation with her to go over what to expect during and after labor. We thought we had a good understanding before our meeting, but were blown away by Lexie's detailed presentation. She broke down every step in a digestible manner and created a safe space for us to ask all of our questions (which she was incredibly patient with!). We walked away from our time with Lexie confident that we were as equipped for labor as we could be and excited to implore her techniques/practices. We will forever be grateful to Lexie for her kindness and wisdom during this special time. She has blessed our family tremendously and I hope others get to experience the blessing of her practice.
