I grew up in Texas, where play, creativity, and laughter were everyday joys — a spirit I carry with me today in Los Angeles. There are a handful of things that brought me here, but at its heart is a deep desire to create community and connection. It is such an honor to witness life as a doula.

I am an existential thinker at heart — fascinated by the universe, the intelligence of our bodies and nature, and the ways we show up in the world. I thrive in spaces of curiosity, creativity, and vulnerability, and I believe that when we come together with openness, we create a richer, more joyful world.
